Beyond Steel Integrated Report

The report covers Hyundai Steel's 2019 economic, environmental and social performance across its Korean operations and selected overseas activities. It reports 22,245 in 1,000 CO2 of total GHG emissions, 37.34 TWh of energy consumption and 60,188 in 1,000 m3 of water consumption. The workforce totaled 11,574 employees, supported by extensive training, safety programs and human-rights assessments. The report also describes TCFD implementation, annual CDP participation, a 2030 GHG reduction target and independent assurance by DNV GL and LRQA.
