Sustainability Report

The report highlights the arrival of new-generation aircraft, including A350-900s reported to use 25% less fuel and emit 25% less CO2 than similar aircraft. It describes operational measures that prevented 7,208 tonnes of CO2 emissions in 2018, as well as implemented changes to reduce single-use plastics in flights and lounges.
