The report describes a 5,434-person workforce and 298,168 total training hours in 2011, including an average of 57 hours per employee. It reports no fatal accident associated with Ibersol's activity during the year. Food-safety certification covered 34 restaurant units, the central production unit, four warehouses and the transversal system.
