Integrated Management Report

The report presents Ibersol's 2023 sustainability activity within an integrated management report, including formal endorsement of the UN Global Compact and adoption of the GRI 2021 model. It reports completion of the most important Scope 3 measurement component, covering food purchased, processed and sold across the restaurant network. The company also describes initiatives on resource efficiency, waste recovery, diversity and inclusion, and preparation of future sustainability metrics and targets.
