Overview

The report presents ICC's first standalone sustainability report, covering CSR policies and stakeholder engagement for 1 January-31 December 2014. It reports 7,178 employees at year-end and describes training, day care, scholarships and workplace initiatives. Environmental actions include energy controls, water-flow modification, paper recycling and information-technology use. Community projects include breast-cancer awareness, wheelchair support, elephant reintroduction and hornbill conservation.
