Overview

The report presents ICC's first Sustainability Report prepared in accordance with the GRI Universal Standards 2021 and introduces a double-materiality assessment covering impact and financial perspectives. The company expanded its GHG reporting boundary to 166 offices and stores, reporting 3,658 tons of total GHG emissions and 993 tons of partial Scope 3 emissions. It also reports 11 material topics, 3.07% renewable energy share, 237.69 tons of waste generated, and an 80.72% employee engagement score.
