Annual Report

The report describes ICICI Lombard's FY2021 response to COVID-19 through rapid digitalization, employee well-being measures and technology-enabled customer service. It documents substantial community initiatives including road safety, preventive healthcare, clean-water access and COVID-19 relief. The report also presents ESG as embedded in business and strategy, supported by environmental actions, employee development and a dedicated management ESG Committee. Financial performance remained resilient, with FY2021 gross direct premium income of INR 140.03 billion and profit after tax of INR 14.73 billion.
