The report describes the company’s FY2022 integration of Bharti AXA’s non-life insurance business, alongside the voluntary adoption of BRSR and strengthened Board-level ESG oversight through the CSR & Sustainability Committee. It also highlights the first disclosure of carbon emissions for FY2022 and expanded environmental initiatives, including solar panels installed in 10 schools. Community programmes remained substantial, with Caring Hands reaching 14,000 beneficiaries and FY2022 CSR spending reported at ₹342.5 million.
