Overview

The report covers FY2022, including the integration of Bharti AXA's non-life business into ICICI Lombard's reporting boundary. It reports 747.98 tCO2 Scope 1, 5,564.92 tCO2 Scope 2 and 5,379.73 tCO2 Scope 3 emissions. Employee headcount was 12,754, with 18.3% women, and women represented 18.2% of the Board. ESG oversight was formalised through a Board-level CSR & Sustainability Committee and management-level ESG Committee.
