Annual Report

The report presents Icon Water's 2020–21 performance as a water and wastewater utility, including a 25 per cent year-on-year reduction in greenhouse gas emissions and total reported emissions of 17,587 Tonnes CO2-e. It highlights the announced net-zero emissions target for 2045 and renewable-energy expansion, including a renewable portfolio of approximately 3.9MW. The report also describes the No Opportunity Wasted resource-recovery program, which won two Banksia sustainability awards, and a workforce of 403 employees.
