ICON Cares Report

The report describes ICON Cares as bringing ESG, DIB and CSR initiatives under one umbrella across the company's global operations. It reports 41,808 total workers, 81.54% renewable electricity, a 21.61% decrease in Scope 1 and 2 emissions versus 2018, and zero fatalities. ICON also reports a B CDP Climate Change score, submitted near-term and net-zero targets to SBTi for validation, and strengthened Board and NSG Committee oversight of ESG.
