The report describes IDEXX's 2025 progress in environmental initiatives, employee learning, and greenhouse-gas management. The company continued electrifying its commercial fleet, improving facility efficiency, and signed its third virtual power purchase agreement, its first in Europe. It also logged 121,400 learning and development hours, including 46,700 hours focused on STEM and AI. Scope 1 and 2 emissions declined slightly compared with 2024.
