Overview

The report presents IDLC's 2020 sustainability performance under the GRI Standards Core option and expands its materiality focus from 14 to 21 topics. It highlights workforce development through 155 training programs and 23,831 man-hours of training. Environmental initiatives saved over 627,610 kWh of electricity and 377 tons of emissions through server virtualization. Community programs provided food support to approximately 35,000 people during the COVID-19 pandemic.
