Annual Report

The report presents IDLC Group's 2021 performance as an integrated report covering IDLC Finance Limited and its subsidiaries. The company expanded financial inclusion through its own Digital Deposit product and Bangladesh's first MFS-based Digital Savings Scheme, while its green banking portfolio reached BDT 5,740 million. The report also describes the company's ESG roadmap, adoption of UN Global Compact principles and signatory status with the Net-Zero Banking Alliance. Group headcount reached 1,516 employees at year-end, alongside extensive health, safety and training initiatives.
