ESG Report

The report is Ilkka Group's first standalone ESG disclosure and presents the Group's main ESG themes for 2022. It describes ESG oversight by the CEO with support from the Executive Management Team, alongside workforce and diversity information, including around 570 employees and a 17% women share on the Board of Directors. The report also assesses taxonomy-eligible activities under the EU Taxonomy and describes the 2022 process of defining the principles for calculating the Group's carbon footprint.
