ESG Report

Overview

The report presents Ilkka Group's 2023 ESG themes around trustworthy information, meaningful work, reliable partnerships and environmental impacts. It reports approximately 520 experts across the Group and 513 personnel in continuing operations at 31 December 2023, while 19% completed three training days and average training was around 10 hours per employee. Ilkka established an ESG working group and assessed taxonomy eligibility. Environmental reporting remains developing: the Group plans to measure its carbon footprint and set reduction targets.
