Sustainability Report

The report presents IMA's 2025 sustainability performance across climate, resource management and people. The Group formalised and submitted 2030 emissions-reduction targets to SBTi, including a 42% cut in Scope 1 and 2 market-based emissions and a 25% Scope 3 reduction. IMA achieved B scores in CDP Climate and Water Security, while reporting 7,519.5 tonnes of waste and 25.0 ML of water consumption. Its workforce totaled 7,661 employees, with 17.6 average training hours per employee.
