Annual Financial Report

The report describes Atlas reaching operational status from 1 April 2025 and becoming operationally cashflow positive in its first operating quarter. CY2025 HMC production was 174,000 DMT and consolidated operating sales revenue was 80,734 ($000). Initial emissions results were 14,566 tCO2-e for Scope 1 and zero Scope 2, with final reporting still pending. Climate oversight is assigned to the Board, supported by the Audit and Risk Committee.
