Overview

The report describes IMI's strong 2024 financial performance, including group revenue of £2,210m, alongside a comprehensive Double Materiality Assessment and approval of its near-term and net-zero Scope 1, 2 and 3 targets by the SBTi. It also reports a 36% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions from the 2019 base, a 15% reduction in total water usage since 2020, and a 38% reduction in non-recycled hazardous waste since 2022. Sustainability governance was strengthened through the establishment of a Board Sustainability Committee.
