Sustainable Development Report

The report describes Implats' FY2011 Group performance, including R33 132 million revenue, 57 127 employees, 18 222 (000 GJ) total energy consumption, and substantial direct and indirect CO2 emissions. It reports 41 868 (000 kL) total water consumption and a 49% improvement in recycled water. Selected sustainability information was independently subject to KPMG limited assurance, and the report declared a GRI B+ application level.
