Overview

The report describes Implats' 2025 ESG performance across managed mining and refining operations. It reports eight fatalities, while also detailing a 30% reduction target for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2050. Water consumption was 28 698MI and the water recycling/re-use rate was 59%. Community programmes positively impacted more than 61 000 individuals and supported more than 3 700 employment opportunities.
