Overview

The report presents IHCL's 2012-13 sustainability performance across its hotel operations and wider group activities. It reports 25,060 associates globally and highlights a 6.77% renewable-energy share, alongside energy, water, waste and environmental-management initiatives. The report also describes hospitality-skills programs, community livelihoods and CSR activities, including support for disadvantaged youth and local artisans. KPMG provided limited assurance over the report's economic, environmental and social indicators.
