Corporate Sustainability Report

The report presents IHCL's 2014-15 sustainability performance across environmental, workforce and community priorities. It reports 11 EarthCheck Gold-certified hotels and 73 retaining silver certification, alongside direct energy consumption of 2073240 GJ and indirect energy consumption of 1794989 GJ. The workforce section records 19,693 associates at year-end and 56,710 safety-training manhours. Community programmes trained 1,973 marginalized youth, supported 28,798 beneficiaries and invested over INR 2.89 crores toward CSR programmes. The report includes KPMG's independent limited assurance statement against GRI G3.1 criteria.
