The report covers IHCL's 2018-19 economic, social and environmental performance across 141 hotels and six TajSATS locations. It highlights the elimination of 2 million plastic straws and increased renewable energy use. The report also describes EarthCheck certifications and extensive community skilling, including training for more than 25,000 school dropout youth.
