Overview

The report presents IHCL's FY 2023-24 sustainability performance through its Paathya ESG+ framework, covering environmental, social and governance priorities. It highlights 37% renewable energy across the entire portfolio, 48% water recycled across the portfolio, and 28,637 m3 of waste recycled. Social progress includes more than 40,000 employees, 5,56,225 training hours and approximately 13,000 youth skilled since 2020.
