Sustainability Report

Overview

The report presents IndianOil's FY 2021-22 sustainability performance and its commitment to achieve net-zero operational emissions by 2046. It reports 21.54 MMTCO2e of total operational emissions, 3,14,391 TJ of total energy consumption, and continued expansion of renewable-energy initiatives. Around 25,000 stakeholders participated in the year's materiality exercise, while the report details extensive water, waste, biodiversity, employee, safety, and community programs. The report is prepared in accordance with the GRI Comprehensive Option and is externally assured by SR Asia under AA1000AS-v3.
