Business Responsibility Report

The report describes Indo Count's FY 2018-19 Business Responsibility performance, including a workforce of 2,222 employees and safety training covering employees, temporary workers, and plant personnel. Environmental initiatives included zero-discharge effluent treatment, water recycling, rainwater harvesting, solar power, and biogas-based power generation of 1200 KWH per day. Through the Indo Count Foundation, the company spent Rs. 312.55 Lakhs on education, women empowerment, healthcare, water and sanitation, and rural upliftment.
