Annual Report and Accounts

The report presents Informa's continued 2025 growth, with group revenues of £4,041m and strong performance across its events, digital services and academic publishing businesses. Sustainability progress included 468 accredited events under the Sustainable Event Fundamentals framework. The report also states that Scope 1 and 2 emissions fell 55% from the 2019 pre-FasterForward baseline. Informa continued its CarbonNeutral Company certification and reported further development of its sustainability programme for the next phase beginning in 2026.
