Overview

The report describes Infosys' fiscal 2013 sustainability performance across resource efficiency, workforce development and innovation. It reports a 53.53% reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon intensity against the fiscal 2008 baseline, a 39.9% reduction in per-capita electricity consumption and a 34% reduction in per-capita fresh water consumption. The report also records 156,688 global employees and 22.1% renewable energy share in total electricity consumption. DNV provided moderate-level independent assurance, and GRI confirmed Application Level A+.
