Sustainability Report

The report presents ING Group's 2012 sustainability strategy and performance across customer experience, responsible business, environmental footprint, workplace and communities. It reports 84,718 employees, 625 MWH (X 1,000) of group energy consumption, 70% renewable energy and carbon neutrality, alongside 5,725 EUR million of sustainable assets allocated. The report states GRI A/A+ reporting and includes limited assurance by KPMG over the full report.
