Annual Report

The report presents ING's 2016 integrated performance, combining strong financial and sustainability disclosure. It reports EUR 34.3 billion of sustainable transitions financed, a 27% reduction in carbon footprint from the 2014 base year, and 91% renewable electricity use. The report also records 54,737 employees at year-end and 74 kilotonne CO2e of total extrapolated carbon emissions. KPMG provided limited assurance over the reported non-financial information.
