Annual Report

The report presents ING's 2025 performance under a second Sustainability statement prepared in accordance with ESRS, supported by a double materiality assessment. It highlights SBTi validation of 1.5°C-aligned Terra targets, €166 billion of sustainable volume mobilised, and a 23 percent 2030 reduction ambition for the 44 kt own-operations footprint. The report also records 64,298 employees, 35 percent women in senior leadership and a 3 percent adjusted global gender pay gap. KPMG provided limited assurance over the Sustainability statement and selected non-financial indicators.
