Sustainability Update

The report presents Ingredion's 2018 sustainability update, including $5.8 billion in net sales and approximately 11,000 employees. It highlights 100% sustainably sourced waxy corn supply in Europe and 2,170,000 metric tons of sustainably sourced crops. Environmental disclosures include 19% of purchased energy from renewable sources and CDP scores of B for water and climate change and A for supplier engagement. The company also issued its first GRI Index to the GRI Standards and reaffirmed UN Global Compact membership.
