Annual Report

The report describes a difficult 2022 for the company, with consolidated sales revenue of NT$223,715,758 thousand and a loss attributable to owners of the parent. It also highlights the InnoLux 3Gos sustainability strategy, a Carbon Risk Management Committee, and carbon-reduction planning in response to a 2050 net-zero vision. Climate risks are assessed using the TCFD framework, while 2022 CDP scores were B for climate change and water management. The ESG Report was prepared using GRI Standards, included SASB indicators, and was verified by SGS Taiwan Ltd.
