Overview

The report presents Innolux's 2024 sustainability strategy through a double materiality assessment, broad ESG governance, and detailed environmental, social, and supply-chain programs. It reports Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions, a 2030 absolute reduction pathway, renewable-energy growth, and substantial energy, water, and waste performance data. Workforce disclosures cover 33,616 employees, diversity, training, human rights, and occupational safety, including zero deaths reported for 2024. The ESG Report was independently assured by SGS Taiwan Ltd. under AA1000AS v3 Type 2 high-level assurance.
