Overview

The report is INOVEST's first ESG report, covering the Group's calendar-year 2024 commitments and describing the company's early-stage ESG journey. It presents a 16-topic materiality matrix assessing stakeholder importance and operational impact. The company established an ESG management steering committee and obtained Board approval for its ESG guidelines, disclosures and action plan. It also integrated SDG alignment into lending and highlighted employee wellbeing initiatives and governance policies covering conflicts of interest, whistleblowing and data privacy.
