Impact Report

The report presents the IDB Group's first outcome-oriented Impact Report, replacing the earlier Development Effectiveness Overview approach and organizing performance around IDBStrategy+ and a new Impact Framework. For 2024, it reports 33,747,891 people receiving health and nutrition services, 547,285 people gaining new or improved access to energy, and 13,870,442 annual tons of CO2e emissions avoided. The Group also deployed $9.6 billion in direct third-party financing and reported $4.3 billion in indirect financing. The infrastructure chapter examines water and sanitation, transport, and energy, while the Appendix provides detailed Mission Scorecard, Portfolio Results, and Performance Targets.
