Overview

The report describes how the Black Knight acquisition brought the employee population to 13,222 at year-end 2023. It reports 2023 Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions of 258,950 tCO2e on a location-based basis and 211,896 tCO2e on a market-based basis. The report also explains that previously set Scope 1 and 2 reduction targets are no longer being continued while the combined emissions footprint is reassessed.
