Overview

The report describes IHG's 2018 progress in responsible business, including 13,531 people supported through IHG Academy and 139,942 colleagues involved in community impact activities. It reports a 2.2% reduction in carbon footprint per occupied room and two new water stewardship projects in London and Delhi.
