Overview

The report highlights IAG's strong 2014 operating performance, carrying over 77 million customers and reporting 59,484 average manpower equivalents. It provides detailed environmental disclosures, including 25.2 million tonnes of direct GHG emissions and 96,712,371 megawatt hours of energy consumption. Fuel optimisation, 38 new aircraft and more efficient operating procedures supported improved environmental performance.
