Overview

The report describes IAG's achievement of its initial five-year operating and synergy targets, the establishment of a Group sustainability function, and new 2020 noise and carbon-efficiency goals. It reports Group-wide 2015 Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions, together with total energy consumption, water consumption at main sites, and waste produced. Environmental performance also included 95.4 grammes of CO2 per passenger kilometre and 99.0% of the fleet meeting the ICAO Chapter 4 noise standard.
