Overview

The report describes IFC's FY18 record investment of $23.3 billion, including nearly $11.7 billion mobilized from other investors. Climate-smart financing reached $8.4 billion, or 36 percent of total commitments. The company also became the first international financial institution to receive global EDGE certification and issued its first disclosure under the TCFD framework, supported by limited independent assurance over selected sustainability information.
