Overview

The report presents IFF's first post-merger combined-company ESG performance for 2021, covering the legacy IFF and DuPont N&B operations. It establishes a new 2021 environmental baseline and sets goals to reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 50% by 2030 and achieve net zero Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2040. The report also provides detailed workforce, water, waste, safety and governance data, supported by an independent limited assurance statement.
