Overview

The report is Tinkoff's first non-financial report prepared in accordance with the GRI Core option and SASB Standards. It identifies five priority Sustainable Development Goals: 4, 5, 8, 9 and 13, and presents a stakeholder-focused ESG materiality matrix. Its 2020 people highlights include 330.1m^Rub^ invested in employee training, 25h of average training per employee, and 5,693 vacancies filled through the internal talent pool.
