Sustainability Report

The report describes ISL's sustainability approach through benchmarking its corporate conduct with the United Nations Global Compact and addressing human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption. It reports that female headcount reached 13, including senior management, despite recruitment and retention challenges. Environmental initiatives include a reverse osmosis system generating 54m3/hour and a natural gas co-generation plant creating 19 Mega Watt of power.
