Overview

The report is IHC's inaugural holding-level ESG disclosure, covering its acquisition portfolio across four industry verticals and presenting 12 ranked material issues. It reports 2020 environmental metrics for the food verticals, including energy, water and Scope 1 and 2 emissions, alongside health and safety and workforce data. The report also describes governance, diversity, sustainable procurement and community initiatives, including a workforce composed of over 15% females.
