Annual Report

The report describes 2011 as a year of strong Group growth, with consolidated revenue of £1,749.4m. The company reports 31,712 employees at 31 December 2011 and three employee fatalities during the year. Its CSR section introduces a common framework for monitoring health and safety, energy consumption and emissions, although environmental data covers the 20 largest countries by headcount. The report was developed according to GRI G3.1 guidelines and includes a GRI index supporting level C reporting.
