Annual Report

The report describes the Group's 2017 acquisition of selected assets, liabilities and legal relationships of Banca Popolare di Vicenza and Veneto Banca, alongside consolidated net income of 7,316 million euro. It highlights a reduction of over 53% in CO2 emissions since 2008, a 37% reduction goal for 2012-2022, and around 1.3 billion euro of financing for renewable energy and energy efficiency. Social initiatives included approximately 50 million euro in community contributions, 9.5 million euro through the Charity Fund, and 800,000 training days. The report also states that a separate Consolidated Non-financial Statement provides more detailed sustainability information.
