The report describes the Group's 2019 sustainability performance, including a 21.4% reduction in market-based Scope 1+2 emissions and approximately 2.2 billion euro in lending for the Green and Circular Economy. It also reports 10.8 million hours of employee training and a first 750 million euro Sustainability Bond focused on the Circular Economy. A 37% absolute emissions-reduction objective for 2022 against 2012 was set out in the Climate Change Action Plan.
