The report describes Intrepid’s 2021 recovery from pandemic disruption, including operations in 40 countries and 864 trip departures. It reports 1,235 staff and leaders and an 82% staff engagement score. The company recertified as a B Corp with a score of 91.2 and began implementing its verified emissions targets, including an absolute Scope 1 and 2 reduction target for 2035. Intrepid also expanded climate advocacy and developed low-carbon travel offerings.
